  • We curate and coordinate a range of events — from large scale events and showers to milestone birthdays, retreats, and community gatherings. Whether you need full planning or day-of support, we’ll meet you wherever you're at.

  • Planning is everything leading up to the day — creating timelines, sourcing vendors, managing budgets, and designing the vibe. Coordination is all about bringing it to life on the day-of. We offer both, depending on what you need most.

  • Yes! If you’ve planned the details but want someone to make sure it all flows smoothly, our day-of coordination package is perfect for you. We'll step in ahead of time to get up to speed and run the show so you can be present and relaxed.

  • Large-scale events, we recommend reaching out 6–12 months in advance. For smaller events or coordination-only services, 2–4 months is usually great — but feel free to reach out even if it’s last-minute. If we’re available, we’re in!

  • Absolutely. We believe beautiful events shouldn’t break the bank. We’ll work with your budget to prioritize what matters most and make meaningful choices that reflect your style.

  • We sure do. We’ve built strong relationships with amazing local vendors — from florals and photography to catering and signage. We’re also happy to collaborate with any vendors you’ve already booked.

  • Yes! We love working locally, but we’re happy to hit the road for the right event. Additional travel fees may apply depending on location and logistics.

  • We’re there early to set up, coordinate vendors, manage the timeline, and troubleshoot anything that pops up — so you can soak in the moment without stress.

  • We require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The rest depends on the service package and how far out the cancellation occurs. Everything is clearly outlined in your contract so there are no surprises.
