Day of Coordination
At Locally Yours Events & Co., our Day-of Coordination service is designed for couples who’ve planned their event but want a professional to ensure everything goes off without a hitch. We step in about 4–6 weeks before your event to review your plans, confirm vendor details, create a comprehensive timeline, and serve as the main point of contact on the big day.
From overseeing setup and décor placement to managing the ceremony, handling any last-minute changes, and keeping the timeline on track—we’re there to handle the details so you can focus on the moment. Our goal is simple: to bring your vision to life, minimize stress, and make your day seamless, joyful, and uniquely yours.
